On the afternoon of November 18, the Technology Transfer Center of Beijing Institute of Technology invited relevant colleges and departments to hold a seminar on patent transformation work to jointly study and promote patent operation and transformation application。Recently, the Center for the Development of Degree and Graduate Education of the Ministry of Education announced the Work Plan of the Fifth Round of Subject Evaluation.。This round of evaluation emphasizes multidimensional evaluation of scientific research results, strengthening quality and downplaying quantity, such as not setting the number of published papers, the number of published monographs, the number of patent applications and other indicators, adding the "patent conversion" index, and more emphasis on the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements。In order to do a good job of welcoming the evaluation work and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the technology transfer Center led the organization of this seminar。
