In order to further strengthen our school graduate psychology committee team construction，Enhance the working ability of the graduate psychology committee，Give full play to its positive role in school mental health education，6月19日，Sponsored by the Mental Health Education and Counseling Center of Beijing Institute of Technology and hosted by the School of Machinery and Vehicles, the "Graduate Psychological Committee Talk Skills Training" was held in the graduate Building 302 of Zhongguancun Campus。The training invited Professor Tian Baowei, director of the Psychological Quality Education Center of Beijing Jiaotong University, as the keynote speaker, and more than 90 graduate psychological committee members participated in the training。

The training is divided into two sessions in the afternoon, which are carried out by means of theory teaching, role playing and case teaching。Professor Tian Baowei first invited several members of the psychological committee to present the process of heart-to-heart conversation in daily situations，Then combine the practice situation and vivid typical cases，The stages, tasks and seven basic methods of peer counseling are emphasized，It includes developing relationship alliances, listening and focusing, retelling techniques, empathy techniques, ICAD emotional processing techniques, problem solving, summary and integration。At the end of the training, the psychological committee members were evaluated on the spot, and the training certificate was issued。

The holding of this training helps the graduate psychological commissary to master the basic conversation skills, and lays a foundation for the effective development of peer psychological counseling。In the future, the mental health education and consultation Center will continue to carry out systematic training for psychological members, strengthen the professional construction of psychological teams, improve the work ability of psychological education, and escort the growth of students。
